1995 Bmw E36 M3 3.0 Convertible Avus Blue With Full Ex Leather Bbs Split Rims
1995 BMW M3 convertible up for sale. The car has a 3.0 litre 5 speed manual engine, with 158,761 miles and an MOT until 28/06/2023. It has an Avus blue metallic paint exterior with a black soft top and fully extended silver/grey leather interior.
The bodywork is generally solid, with some stone chips on the bonnet and front, small scratches, and a few areas of tired paint, but it has been well-maintained overall. The underside of the car has had some welding to the floor and a small area on the driver side inner arch near the washer bottle, which have been repaired correctly and protected. The last MOT had an advisory for a small area of corrosion, which has been repaired.
The car has good service history, with over 20 stamps from BMW and independent garages. It has always been regularly serviced and maintained, with BMW or quality OEM parts. The car is mechanically sound, with a smooth gearbox and responsive engine. The engine is completely standard, apart from an upgraded air panel filter, and the exhaust is standard with a S/S Scorpion back box. The car sits on rare and genuine 17×8 BBS 2 piece split rims, with rear Bilstein shocks/springs and front Sachs/springs Eibach.
Recent parts include new PKR spark plugs, Bosch fuel filter, electric window/body control module, front SACHS shock absorbers, Eibach front sport springs, and a steering rack replacement. The car has a full extended leather interior, electric heated seats, cruise control, dual climate, air-con, armrest, electric windows, graduated/tinted front windscreen, and a manually operated soft top. The seats are in good condition, and the original carpets/over mats are included, as well as a set of blue mats to protect them.
This is a good example of a rare early M3 convertible, well-maintained and reliable. The car has a folder full of receipts/bills/maintenance, an original wallet with service book/owners handbook, and a V5C in the seller’s name. The seller is willing to put a new MOT on the car for the full asking price. The only reason for sale is to purchase a newer coupe BMW, and viewings are by appointment only. The car will only be released on cleared funds and is sold as seen.
