For sale regrettably is my 1996 Vauxhall Astra MK3 1.4 8V ‘Montana’ special edition which i purchased back in the summer as a bit of a nostalgia trip as i have had a few of these previously. I picked it up from Northampton and it did not miss a beat on the journey back to Doncaster where the car currently is.

It has MOT until July this year and runs like a dream-engine is sweet with no tapping like these used to suffer and i put a brand new clutch in it after purchasing so there are no issues.

It is the Montana special edition, so comes with alloy wheels, power steering, twin airbags, sunroof, central locking, dark velour interior in good condition and much more.

Tyres are good all round, brakes have been done on the front and as mentioned above a brand new LUK clutch fitted and i have done an oil service at the same time. Has had cambelt changed around 2014 but only done around 30k since and had the head gasket done at the same time.

Paintwork is what you would expect of an old vehicle, presentable and cleans up very well, however has had paint in places especially around the bootlid over time. Small rust patches in places but the car is solid.

Grab a bargain, not may left around, especially this spec and condition.
