Peugeot 306 1.9 D turbo

I have owned this Peugeot 306 for 5 years. It has always been garaged during my ownership and also by the previous owner.

I used to call this car Armageddon. A testament to the legendary and probably most reliable diesel engine (XUD) ever made for a car. These engines are well known for going north of 500k. Much better then their German counterparts. The chassis too. Incredibly well protected from the factory in comparison to other cars of it’s era. The underneath of this 306 speaks for itself.

This car, as expected, starts first time, every time. On the button. Pulls well through all gears. Comfortable, sofa-like ride.
