Genuine rare Mitsubishi Evo 6 RS rally car, clubman GPA

This Mitsubishi Evo 6 has high grade components throughout, a powerful Evo 8 engine with an Evo 9 turbocharger and rear plated diff, 34mm restrictor. This car represents a great value entry to competitive events. The car comes with an MSA log book and V5.

FULL SPECIFICATION

Evo 6 shell with aluminum bonnet and wings, aluminum rear wing etc.., full custom cages multipoint weld in cage. The car currently has an Evo 5 front bumper on as I preferred this style for rallying as it gives much more protection to the font of the vehicle and the one that was on was a cheap fiberglass one, Lamp pod is also included with the car.

The car has a 5 speed RS close ratio box, premier bag tank in the spare wheel well, Carbon fibre co-drivers foot rest and driver floor covering, Kill switch, SPA fire extinguishers, Peltor intercom, upright hydraulic handbrake, K&N filter, Sparco Suede steering wheel, Terratrip, Oddessey extreme racing battery re sited in to the car, flocked dash, shift light, all other equipment for rallying e.g.first aid box, spill kit, window smash hammer, SOS boards and warning triangle.

GEMS ecu with antilag, Mapped to run on Shell V Power, Proflex suspension, Motordrive seats and Schroth harnesses (Both will need to be replaced due to being out of date, these have only done 2 events so will be good for someone building a track day car.)

When originally purchased the car was advertised with an all steel engine however, as the car has been so reliable I have never had the engine apart so can’t confirm this.

The Evo is currently in forest set up with brakes and tyres, I also have a full set of 18 inch wheels and tyres for tarmac events and a big Brembo brake kit to fit when using for these events both are included in the sale.

I have a few other spares for the car that will be included in the sale foe example fuel pump, tyres and other bits and bobs.

Please note this is a 25 year old car that has been used for its intended purpose of rallying, it has done a mixture of tarmac and gravel events so don’t expect a concourse car that is ready for shows. It is in very good condition as can be seen in the photos but does have some battle scars on it.
